FILMOGRAPHY
2005
June 2005: ELE PHASE I premiered at ACME Lounge, Portland, Oregon. This was Voltag's first movie to be made public. The movie was written and directed by Tahn Kehmeier, produced and cinematography by David McDowell, and starred Damian Ramsey as a secret agent, Sasha Miljevich as the underground activist, and theatre students from Portland State University.
ELE Phase I is about a foreigner who is trying to escape the country after being interrogated by the secret police about being involved with underground activists who have top secret government files.
2006
August 2006: SEQUENCE premiered at Cabaret Boris and Natasha, Portland Oregon. This movie short is a compilation of animation and short videos directed, written, and animated by Sasha Miljevich and music composed by Tahn Kehmeier.
SEUQENCE (2006) is a collection of short pieces concerning current issues in the world, such as environmental degradation, avian flu, cell phones, and war.
THE BRIDGE (2006) Portland, Oregon – Story about Serbian refugee in the United States.
PATHETIQUE (2006) Portland, Oregon -- A young artist lost between dream and reality.
2007
October 2007: ELE PHASE II: NO EXIT premiered at the Voltag studio in Enschende, Netherlands. Sasha Miljevich directed and wrote the screenplay, cinematography by David McDowell, music by Visceral Dream. This movie starred Damian Ramsey as the secret agent and Alexandra Roxo as the insomniac.
ELE Phase II is the second of the ELE series with a political twist. The movie references Jean Paul Sartre's play, No Exit, hence the title of the movie, and speculates the future of democracy from the perspectives of an insomniac, a government agent, and a young bride who has just lost her husband.
November 2007: ELE PHASE III: WHITE WIDOW was filmed and produced in Enschende and Amsterdam, written and directed both by Tahn Kehmeier and Sasha Miljevich, cinematography by Marina Tomic, and starred students from the Dutch Art Institute. This movie has not yet premiered.
ELE Phase III is the third of the ELE series and changes from secret agents and underground activists to a coup d'etat by the king's guards to put assassinate the maniacal king who has just been crowned to the throne.
December 2007: BZZZZZZ (Enschede, Netherlands) should probably be added to the movie Seuquence as another part to current issues, this one concerning how urban society is detroying the planet.
2008
January 2008: EXTENT (Portland, Oregon) is a music video about this band from 2003-2005. The montage of photos set to music from Extent's first recording, "The Years of Mass Transit." The band included Damian Ramsey (vocals and synth, Tahn Kehmeier (guitar and vocals), Jeffrey Helwig (drums), and produced by Lucifer Spat Records.
January 2008: 20x20 (Enschede, Netherland)s – 20 seconds X 20 frames. Experimental video about future EVENTS in seven years.

E.L.E. phase II (no exit)- Script(2006)
Characters:
Insomniac- Alexandra
Bride- Tanh
Groom- Azur
Secret agent- Damien
Drug diller- Sasha
The movie is set in an unknown time (very similar to the time we live in) and place. The government who uses secret agents to control their dreams and to break the underground organization whose members is the groom and the insomniac, among others, controls people. The bride commits suicide after secret agent kills the groom. The insomniac thinks that the pills will keep her awake so the government won’t be able to control her dreams, but she finds out that there are no more pills left. She is followed by the secret agent who kills her, but who also dies after being stabbed the insomniac.
In the second part three of them confront each other, having in mind that they will stay in the room together forever.
Part 1
city
1.shoots of the city (people, cars, buildings, etc)- very fast
bride apartment
2. sound of the phone ringing, city overlaps with the apartment (furniture)
3. women (bride) sitting on the chair motionless
4. close up of her body and face (no sound)
5.close up of her eyes cross dissolve with the wedding
wedding
6. bride and groom are getting married (outside)
7. behind their backs secret agent walks toward them
8. he grabs the groom and takes him on the side (couple feet away) pulls out the gun and kills the groom
9.close up of grooms open eyes
bride kills herself in her apartment
10.cross dissolve from the eyes in to the bride’s hand reaching for the gun on the table
11. she kills herself
12.fade out (black)

1. very bright light, steps could be heard sillueths of guards leading the agent thru the hallway in to the room
2. lighting becomes normal- bride and insomniac sitting in the chairs surprisingly looking at the secret agent.
